Program Description

Bushman's Landscape Management, LLC operates a customer care text messaging program for work order and service request updates. If you opt in on a work order or service request form, you agree to receive SMS messages from Bushman's Landscape Management, LLC about that work order, related service activity, and customer support communications. This SMS program is not used for third-party lead generation, affiliate marketing, purchased lead lists, or unrelated promotional messaging.

How We Obtain SMS Consent

For the public website work order program, SMS consent is obtained only through the website work order form. A resident or customer opts in by taking all of the following actions:

• Entering your phone number into the work order form
• Checking the optional, unchecked SMS consent box before submitting the form

At the time of opt-in, customers are informed of:

• The types of messages they may receive
• That message frequency may vary
• That standard message and data rates may apply
• That they may opt out at any time by replying STOP
• That they may reply HELP for assistance

The SMS consent checkbox is optional and is not pre-checked. No SMS work order updates will be sent unless you affirmatively opt in. Consent to receive SMS messages is not required to submit a work order, receive landscaping services, or purchase any goods or services. We maintain timestamped records of SMS opt-in actions, including the work order associated with the consent.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time using any of the following methods:

Upon receipt of a STOP request, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you affirmatively re-opt in. All opt-out requests are processed immediately.

Those providers are prohibited from using mobile information, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent records for their own marketing, promotional, lead-generation, affiliate, or unrelated business purposes.
